CC's Wood-Fired Pizza Pie Company has earned its much-admired reputation for the dough that it uses for its pizza base.
Our dough is of the utmost quality, using Alla Pala Italian flour which is widely regarded as being of the highest calibre. We are renowned for producing one of the best pizzas in Glasgow.
We have developed as a company during recent years and are now at the stage of being able to provide our award-winning dough to high end health-conscious operators who want to serve their customers the finest pizza.
CC's supplies ready-made doughballs to the trade for use in their own prestigious restaurants. We require a minimum order of 50 doughballs.
We make our dough fresh every day - this involves a 24-hour fermentation process. Our dough has a lower than average salt content.
